Mike practices as a corporate lawyer with in-house, government, and law-firm experience, specializing in corporate law, banking, litigation, and dispute resolution. He has advised big, medium, and small companies on business expansion and legal compliance. He has represented various clients in trial courts and/or administrative agencies. He has also served as Corporate Secretary in various corporations in different industries.

Mike is considered as a Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.-trained commercial arbitrator. He is also a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines and a registered Psychometrician.
