Gwen specializes in corporate, taxation, and intellectual property (IP) law. She has handled cases involving the litigation and/or execution of simple and complex civil, tax, and corporate transactions.

Gwen advises one of the premier writers’ associations of the Philippines and writers and artists alike regarding their IP needs. She has also served as a consultant for the University of the Philippines - Diliman Office for Initiatives in Culture and the Arts regarding the university’s art collections and other IP-related concerns.

Gwen’s thesis entitled “Rise of the Machines as Creators: The Ownership Conundrum of Computer-Generated Works” was a finalist in the Dissertation Writing Contest 2018-2019 of the Foundation of Liberty and Prosperity (FLP). She remains a member of the FLP.

Currently, she is engaged in legislative advocacy.

●      Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022

●      Obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Far Eastern University - Institute of Law (Second Honors, rank 12th) in 2019

●      Obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature (English) from Ateneo de Manila University in 2014
