  • Served as Director of the Committee on Energy in the Senate, where he assisted in inquiries relating to various electricity issues and in drafting priority energy bills - such as Waste-to-Energy Act, the Philippine Downstream Natural Gas Industry Act, and the New Electric Power Industry Reform Act
  • Assisted in representing a Japanese Company, including conducting due diligence, on its potential investment by way of acquisition of preferred shares in a Philippine company engaged in energy distribution, which is a qualified third party for missionary sites
  • Assisted the Asian Development Bank in advising the Bases Conversion and Development Authority on the New Clark City (NCC)-Information and Communications Technology (ICT) project which aims to turn the NCC into a smart city
  • Assisted an Indian company in analyzing the regulations applicable to the development and launch of a mobile application program relating to remittance and the operation of an online payment system in the Philippines
  • Assisted a domestic proponent in the preparation and submission of an unsolicited proposal for the design, financing, development, and integration of the ICT system of the health care industry in the Philippines
