Dan specializes in litigation, labor, intellectual property, and corporate law. He advises clients on immigration and naturalization matters and other special projects. He has argued before trial courts and appellate courts. He has also represented clients in various quasi-judicial and administrative agencies.

Dan previously worked in corporate as Bank Attorney of the Equitable Banking Corporation, and later on rendered public service as Senior Legal Officer and Regional Attorney of the National Food Authority.
